I've been hung up on and I'm still on hold right now trying to make a wellness apt for my kids going on over 5 mins .so hard for TARGETED INDIVIDUALS in Tahlequah Oklahoma to get things done especially for the awful people that participate in this horrible program to cause problems for innocent people.in Jesus Christ name everything done in the dark WILL be brought into the light AMEN so much ugliness going on in people and it shows.
Unfortunately, the issues I've had with the incompetence of the staff here is unreal. For one, MY CHILD IS A BOY. HAS HAD A PENIS SINCE BIRTH. So why does his chart and his immunization records state otherwise is beyond me. Nurses there do not care at all, you'll be on hold for a ridiculous amount of time just to be told false information. I will say, I loved his doctor. But the staff at this location are not up to par.
