Chelsea and Dr.Fletcher make a great team! Very attentive, follow-ups were timely, and I always have a great experience!
Dr. Fletcher is truly exceptional. I immediately felt comfortable opening up about my daughter's mental health. Best of all, he actively listens while also creating conversation and provides insightful perspectives that helps understand the root of the problem. The medications prescribed have made a significant difference in my daughters overall well- being, along with his recommendation of DBT therapy. I highly encourage anyone who is seeking effective mental health care to visit with Dr. Fletcher!

We had a terrible experience trying to schedule with Neogen Psychiatry. Impersonal automated telephone calls. Unreturned calls. Excuses, excuses, excuses. Failure to make and keep appointments. We never did get the care we needed 8 weeks after our initial contact with this practice. They may have the greatest psychiatrists in the world...I'll never know.
I was nervous to do TMS treatment at first but Dr. Fletcher, Dr. Harrison, Olivia, and Rebecca are all amazing and eased my nerves. Olivia was my main TMS coordinator and she made sure that at each appointment I was comfortable and urged me to speak up if I was not: It is so important to trust the process and not become discouraged when immediate results are not seen, it did take me to around treatment 25 to improve.
