I contacted your customer service because I wanted to understand my order. Unfortunately, the representative ended the call while I was still speaking. If my order was with a different company, I would have appreciated being told politely, “I’m sorry, this is not the correct company,” instead of having the call disconnected. It was a frustrating experience, and I hope customer service can be more respectful and helpful in the future.
No one will answer your question and there’s never anyone in HR They’ve been sending my deceased daughter paperwork and things for the last almost 4 years that she’s passed away. I called at least twice a year to get them to stop doing it and they won’t.
Very rude and unprofessional recruiting staff. Will contact you, keep in contact with you and then all of a sudden they go silent. Kind of sad to see any company would allow this sort of attitude. Wouldn't a simple FYI to the potential candidate suffice?
