Going to this clinic is completely exhausting and stressful. You should never have to fight or guess just to get basic medical care. To make matters worse, they almost never answer the phone, and even after you finish all your tests, nobody bothers to reach out to tell you your results or when your next appointment should be. Worst experience ever
Staff and doctors are amazing, but it's almost impossible to get in touch with them. They never answer the phone calls. You leave a message and they never return the call. They dont give important info before the procedures (have a full bladder for exemple). You never see the doctors when you go for an appt (always with their assistants). Even the IUI is done by a nurse, and not the doctor (yes, I was shocked). I feel like they dont care that you're from out of town. They also should have an email address for contact. It's impossible to get in touch! I had a good experience during the first consultation when they contacted me, but as a patient it's impossible to speak with them; they don't answer, they didn't leave an email address for contact, and the platform only allows contact when they unlock the chat.
