It's impossible to get in touch! I had a good experience during the first consultation when they contacted me, but as a patient it's impossible to speak with them; they don't answer, they didn't leave an email address for contact, and the platform only allows contact when they unlock the chat.
Very bad experience they don't care about your money and time. always give appointment and cancel afterward never try to know the patient still interested to get treatment or not. worst behavior of staff as well as doctors.
Very bad experience. The staff behavior is extremely unprofessional. I do not understand how appointments are booked and then repeatedly rescheduled without any prior information. They only call on the day of the appointment, which is unacceptable. When asked for the reason, the staff does not justify the rescheduling and instead transfers the call to someone who is not available. We have been waiting for over 4 months, and every time the appointment is simply rescheduled again. This is a complete waste of the patient’s time... read more
As someone dealing with a autoimmune disease and fertility issues i have felt extremely supported and was treated very well throughout my experience with this clinic. Dr. Splinter was incredibly kind to me what i suffered a miscarriage and the staff has been able to work with me and really has been kind. Dr. Jocko referred me to a pregnancy rheumatologist that was finally able to manage my autoimmune disease properly with the right medication and walk me through this.
