The repair was sloppy. The tech left screws loose and panels open. I didn’t realize until the system started making loud noises later that evening. I had to bring in someone else to fix what he messed up. It’s unacceptable to leave a job unfinished like that.

Was accommodating to my schedule to come out on a Saturday. My A/C was installed by the early afternoon, they kept my home clean. Very happy with the results Thank you very much!
NEO's just completed the replacement of our 45 year old system. Ernie is very experienced and thorough. The new equipment is state-of-the-art. Ernie and his crew was always on time, professional and very courteous. We'd recommend them highly.
