UPDATE: Previous 5 Star review: Stop rushing to make every patient's session fit a one hour time slot. I have had 17 surgeries for which I used NEO PT at the Gadsden, Ranbow City, and Sparks Clinics and speak from 15 years experience as a loyal patient. Eight were NEO surgeries and nine were surgeries performed at Emory. My surgeon wanted me to do PT at Emory but I told him that where I live in Gadsden/Rainbow City, NEO has one of the best PT clinics anywhere. I can't say that anymore. We waited over 2 hours after our appointment time to be seen. That is ridiculous. That is the one negative factor about this business. Everything else went smoothly.
They really worked with me and taught me how to exercise correctly. Special thanks to Christina, who is very good and very helpful, and Kate, who got me walking with a cane and stepping up & down. It can be crowded if you don't get there first thing (8AM), but they improved my recovery time so much it was well worth the effort to go early for the excellent therapy !
