I was one of the patients abandoned by Dr. Lauson. I paid for my treatment in FULL out of pocket. When he abruptly abandoned his practice, I was in the middle of treatment. I did not receive a notification that he closed his office in January and found out he closed his offices in February after driving to a scheduled appointment. My bite and TMJ-D issues are WORSE than when I started treatment at his office. NEO Ortho took the full payment for my daughter up front and then didn't deliver the results they said they would before retiring effective immediately. I would be all over joining a class action lawsuit against Dr Lauson if that can happen.

Anyone else receive zero notifications about the practice closing? We only learned about the closure when we called to schedule and received a text back that Dr. Lauson had retired. I am incredibly disappointed at the lack of communication and professionalism and the fraudulent feel Dr. Lauson's sudden office closure has. Multiple calls have been made and emails sent to the office in an attempt to settle up financially since I had paid for 70% of treatment but had only received about 25% of the treatment.
