they don't honor appointments at all I made an appointment with the Neo Nail Spa to get a pedicure before a hot date with my boyfriend. I made this appointment a week in advance so I would have plenty of time to get it done and get ready for my date. I arrived 15 minutes early and the place was mobbed.
