My experience with Gary was good. He was very professional and straight forward. I see some of the other reviews about him and may be his direct communication style offends some folks. He's pretty low pressure. Where it counts - knowledge, honesty, customer support - he is top class. Even stayed in touch with updates when he was on vacation! Would recommended buying from him with no reservation whatsoever! Bought 2 Fjord recliners from him. Had an issue with one of them and her stayed on top of it through resolution.
Worst customer service. My new bedroom set was delivered in October, and I immediately noticed that one of the dresser drawers would not close properly. There were also additional issues that I had specifically been assured would not occur at the time of purchase. I contacted the store multiple times to request assistance, but despite my repeated calls, the owner never followed up. Loving my second order from Neo. When I was looking for something modern yet casual that the "standard" big box furniture's stores couldn't even imagine, i went back to where we had a great experience several years ago. Gary the Owner was very patient with me explaining the pieces I was interested in and offered respectful and knowledgeable suggestions. I was very pleased with everything I bought - elegant, stylish and affordable. The delivery crew is capable. friendly and helpful.
