We've bought a couple of wonderfully comfortable, well made pieces of furniture at Neo. Since it was coming from Europe and was made to order we needed to wait months for delivery, but we were able to do so and it was well worth it. The owner was pleasant and helpful in his interactions. I may be ready to buy more....

We love our bar stools purchased from NEO Furniture. They are Italian stools and we couldn’t find them anywhere else. They were very professional when they came to assemble them and answered follow up questions over the phone later on as well. Highly recommend!

My experience with Gary was good. He was very professional and straight forward. I see some of the other reviews about him and may be his direct communication style offends some folks. He's pretty low pressure. Where it counts - knowledge, honesty, customer support - he is top class. Even stayed in touch with updates when he was on vacation! Would recommended buying from him with no reservation whatsoever! Bought 2 Fjord recliners from him. Had an issue with one of them and her stayed on top of it through resolution.
