They didn’t bill both of my insurance companies correct so I owe from 2011. The receptionist was very rude. They say oh it’s not a big deal. To me it is a big deal that I have a bill. If they would’ve billed my insurance correct the balance would be zero. Not professional at all. It was a long wait and my daughter’s toe nail is now crooked.
My first visit there, and the medical ?person? (NOT Dr Robert's!), was VERY loudly berating the receptionist, and he kept at it for several minutes while I was sitting in the waiting room, and I am sure that he knew that I was there. He was red in the face, speaking very loudly. He was VERY unprofessional. Dr. Robert's, however was brief, but professional and friendly. Not sure I will go back in spite of Dr. Roberts.. Someone should reccomend that his assistant needs anger management classes.
