They didn't know how to handle insurance. They didn’t bill my insurance correctly and say I owe a bill when they don't know how to submit for payment. The receptionist was very rude and some over me and argued with me about my coverage. Extremely poor service, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
We love dr Robert's but they are having issues with sooner care and are wanting me to pay when I have sooner care when they are the ones that messed up if u have sooner care don't come here please the receptionists are very rude if u don't have the money when they want it
They didn’t bill both of my insurance companies correct so I owe from 2011. The receptionist was very rude. They say oh it’s not a big deal. To me it is a big deal that I have a bill. If they would’ve billed my insurance correct the balance would be zero. Not professional at all. It was a long wait and my daughter’s toe nail is now crooked.
