I had an excellent experience with Neo Demolition and hauling. Avi’s crew did an outstanding job. I was impressed how quickly and efficiently they were able to remove the cement in my backyard and how they cleaned up afterwards. I was so pleased with their work.

We hired Neo Demolition to remove our pool and deck at our hillside home. There was limited access along the side of our house and curvy roads to get to our home, but they got the job done on time and for the quoted budget. Avi communicated the timeline and project steps well, and we were happy with the overall process. Removing a pool and regrading the hillside is messy work, but they cleaned up after completing everything.

I worked with Avi from Neo Demo for our pool backfill project at our home and was very satisfied with the final work and the competitive pricing. Avi is knowledgeable about the permitting process and was able to complete the work according to our verbal contract that later I documented. He is a straight forward guy and will get the work done. Neo demo handled the demo of our powder room that needed to happen for a renovation and they did an excellent job. I was first in contact with the owner, Avi, who was extremely friendly, communicative, and excellent to coordinate with over the phone. He was able to fit us in just a few days after our initial call. Their team completed the entire demo and they were very punctual arriving right on time and got fast to work on setting up their workspace to protect our home and get started right away. They were also highly consi... read more

Great demolition team, they just completed the demo and off haul of a large concrete pond and paver patio. Then they imported 11 yards of clean fill and compacted it in place. Four men for 3 days and broom clean when they left. I added a few items as we went along and they took them all in stride. It was a tough job with hours on the jack hammer and compactor but they just went about their work in a very professional manner and got it done. Avi is my new "go to guy" when it comes to demo and cleanup.
