Avi and his team came in and masterfully demo'ed our kitchen, in exactly the way we wanted, and left the place spotless. Im very sensitive to dust and was pretty anxious about this process in the days leading up to it, and Avi made himself available to answer any questions and communicate what to expect so there were no surprises. Neo demo handled the demo of our powder room that needed to happen for a renovation and they did an excellent job. Avi came to our estimate appointment on time and listened as I went through all of the major things I needed done for our backyard demo. He was on site for any major happenings to ensure the whole process went as smoothly as possible. Absolutely NO complaints! I worked with Avi from Neo Demo for our pool backfill project at our home and was very satisfied with the final work and the competitive pricing. I needed my bathroom demolished to remove all the drywall from the walls and ceiling, tiles on the floor and shower and the bathtub. They responded to my request right away with the best estimate that was very fair. They completed the job quickly, cleaned up very good and hauled away the debris for me. Very good communication. I highly recommend them to do a very professional and thorough job.
