Avi and his team came in and masterfully demo'ed our kitchen, in exactly the way we wanted, and left the place spotless. Im very sensitive to dust and was pretty anxious about this process in the days leading up to it, and Avi made himself available to answer any questions and communicate what to expect so there were no surprises. They made sure to use air scrubbers and kept the house well separated with encapsulating tarps so no dust entered our living spaces. I worked with Avi from Neo Demo for our pool backfill project at our home and was very satisfied with the final work and the competitive pricing. They removed 500 sp ft of concrete and a small wood deck. I was amazed at how fast and efficient the crew worked. by lunch time the deck was deconstructed and all the concrete was broken up. By 4 pm they had loaded up all of the concrete/decking, swept and rinsed down all areas including the street where their equipment was parked. I was impressed with the care and effort to avoid damage to remaining concrete and soft scape. My driveway was cracked from a tree root and it needed to be broken up, hauled away, and the tree stump and roots removed to pour a new driveway. I got estimates from several other demolition companies a while ago and their prices prevented me from getting it done. I put it off until a friend recommended Neo. Avi’s estimate was way more affordable and they were able to get it done within a few days. It's nice to deal with someone that honest. I highly recommend Neo.
