Fun decor and great food!
First time coming and found they nickel and dime you a bunch here. Somehow a burrito and a bowl with two drinks and chips came out to $40. Burrito wasn’t bad, but not worth the price and lack of transparency on pricing. The receipt didn’t send so not even sure what we were charged for but a bunch of one dollar two dollars here and there for a squirt of dressing. Very dark inside as well and the salsa bar was empty.
Like many other reviews here I miss the old Neo Burrito. They were light years ahead with their practices and food ethos. I live in the neighborhood and want to like this place but I find it so disappointing now. To begin with, they claim the website with their store picture and website is not them. But when asked about there being live ordering still going on on it, and that people then would be being duped if they ordered online they didn’t care at all. And the place is a dump.
