These guys are legit ADU experts (licensed, bonded, and insured). They are on all of the ADU-related websites - ADUInsider, Houzz, etc. I came across Joseph Peretz from all of his YouTube videos. I actually binge watched them all (they were entertaining to me) and I was struck by how consistently good the builds were. We could not be more happy with our ADU from Joseph and his amazing team. From the beginning of the process, the attention to detail and speed of construction was top notch. We were able to style the space to our liking while getting expert feedback to avoid unforeseen mistakes and the final product is exactly what we wanted.
