had to get a door replaced and wasn't sure how things were gonna work out. they were extremely helpful and clear, which dispelled any worries or uncertainties i had. jeff even detailed how they would match the exact paint color so that the car looked as good as new. which it did! service was timely and well executed, no complaints at all and very happy with the work done!
Neo has been my go-to mechanic for about 12 years. Jeffrey and Jenny are wonderful. They are reliable, trustworthy, and professional. They conduct all my Lexus services, if needed. Yes, they will let me know if some maintenance is NOT needed! And, they are not afraid to suggest I go to a dealer in the very rare case they cannot help me, such as a hybrid computer issue. I swear by Neo. I cannot recommend them enough.
Neo Autoworks recently applied a ceramic pro coating to my new Apex Vs5rs wheels and did a fantastic job! Application looks even and consistent. They were helpful, quick to respond and professional. Thanks guys!
