Came here for past 10 years and realized we did not get feedback, may family has been use neo auto for our Lexus , bmw , Tesla , Subaru service, they are trustworthy, consistent, reliable and good people. Thanks Jenny and Jeff .

Had them ceramic coat my new wheels from Rusch Wheels. They were quick and did a great job. I will be bringing them future wheels I purchase from Rusch Wheels for two of my other collector cars.
I gave 5 stars cuz the system can only give 5 stars at most. This is the best ever autowork shop in Bay area. Insanely professional, the owner is a serious car guy, so I’m confident about their quality.
had to get a door replaced and wasn't sure how things were gonna work out. they were extremely helpful and clear, which dispelled any worries or uncertainties i had. jeff even detailed how they would match the exact paint color so that the car looked as good as new. which it did! service was timely and well executed, no complaints at all and very happy with the work done!
