I needed a repair done to my jeep. I was in and out quickly, and I didn't feel talked down to. As a woman, that happens a lot at car repair shops. They didn't talk in circles or make wild recommendations. The service was fast and friendly, and I left with a small list of recommended future maintenance. Very good experience.
Justin and his team are the best mechanics and they really go out of their way to ensure everything is done correctly. My last repair job on Bettina the Saab required the removal of the engine in order to run new hoses from some leaking engine coolant lines. Bettina's been running great since then-until I just discovered that I need a new starter. This reminded me that I never left a review for the last repair, so I'm doing so now.
