I hit a deer en route to Cranbrook - Fernie Towing took me to Neno’s Paint & Body - I met Jeremy, but he was not able to take my car . . . BUT . . . he went above and beyond to help me get what I needed - phone number for ICBC Dial-a-claim (he spoke with the agent on my behalf) - phoned Budget Rent-a-Car and got me a car rental to get me home to Grand Forks - then he double checked to make sure I was OK - WOW WOW WOW - thank you Jeremy for your help and patience - I strongly recommend Neno’s - if this was my experience From ... read more
Got the recommendation to go to Nenos from cranbrook Hyundai, Great recommendation they fixed my car quick and got it looking good thanks to the guys and Nenos
I had work done a few weeks ago, and it was excellent quality work. Beyond that, all the staff members I interacted with were super polite, helpful, friendly. The shop was spotless, a rare occurrence for auto-body shops…speaks to their level of care and attention to detail. That gave me confidence as to how they would treat my vehicle.
Highly recommend! Tamara and Jeremy were so knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond when helping me out. They really make a great team and make an unfortunate situation a lot more pleasant. Thank you Nenos!
