On Thursday evening, I attempted to order my grandmother’s repeat prescription via SystmOnline, but the system did not allow me to proceed as it required review or approval by a doctor. Given that this was immediately before the long bank holiday weekend, I was concerned and therefore contacted the surgery first thing on Tuesday morning to ensure this would be reviewed and released promptly to the pharmacy. Absolutely dreadful. Can't talk directly to a person anymore unless you go down in person and attempt to speak to the incredibly rude and condescending reception staff who will just turn you away regardless of your condition. You can only submit a request online and it's frequently paused because they've "reached capacity". It's an absolute joke of a practice. People with genuine health concerns may as well go outside and tell a tree.

Dr. #### confirmed asthma medication issued, however it was not issued according to the pharmacy( a day later). One job, issue repeat medication ..too much to ask?

I recently had an investigation and required feedback to my treatment going forward. I posted my question on the surgery website Nene Valley. The response was same day. Dr Marvai phoned me and provided me with comprehensive answers to my concerns. Great service.
