Great continuity of care from Nurse Rachel, very caring and compassionate every time i see her for appointments. She is an asset to the team
Despite being small, they operate quick and effectively, would recommend.
It’s not acceptable that patients need to wait for 1 month just to talk to doctor with ongoing issue that worsens every week. Appointment after 1 month and then waiting weeks until to get to some specialist for examination. Very frustrating.
Sent on line request re burn on leg. Received telephone call same morning and appointment was made for that afternoon. Wound treated and dressed. Excellent service
