This is a small local business. The booths are separated by partitions which is a little different than other larger companies however they get the job done. Renee is very sweet and made me feel at ease when getting my first Brazilian. Times I've had to bring my 6yr old she ensures that she is safe and comfortable in the waiting area and even offers her sweet treats. The prices of the services are competitive in comparison to similar businesses which is one of several reasons I will continue to patronize Nena's.
My first time going here at this location. It doesn’t feel like your typical wax/ beauty shop. Everyone welcomes you in with a smile it’s more welcoming I’d say. Krystle was very nice! I’ll definitely be coming back for my wax services here ☺️
My technician was a very nice, very polite, had great customer service
