Nena treats her clients horribly. I went to get a silk press, and I left feeling extremely devastated. She was thrashing my head about and then had the gall to tell me to stay still in one place. That is abuse and I felt very hurt at how she treated me throughout the appointment. The end result was nice and I understand that the ends of my hair were damaged, but the least that you could've done was ask for permission before cutting my hair.
Great customer service
I love this salon.Nwna respects your time and does not have you sitting around waiting. We all have things to do. The salon is clean and Nena knows her trade. I cannot say enough good things. You will not be disappointed
