Great service from Scott and the Nemtec team! Definitely recommend.
Took my vehicle in because I was hearing strange noises coming from the right wheel, turned out that my strut was snapped in half(absolutely wild I know). While the guys were working on it they noticed a few other things that had rusted out and broken (my car is from up north) and they fixed those for me as well. my car feels great now, so I really appreciated the attention to detail these guys had, not letting anything slip through the cracks.
Going to Nemtec Automotive from now on! Best service, friendly, honest, and efficient. I called Scott with an abrupt issue with my vehicle. I had called around a few places & he was the most transparent. Gained my trust instantly and kept it after providing excellent service. Scott & his team were friendly, communicative, and efficient. I’ve since been telling everyone to flag this location as a reputable option to always consider.
Had a bunch of work done on my car. Around 3 months after having all the work done, and was 3 days out from going on vacation, I noticed the new front ball joints boots were split open and almost completely empty of grease. I let Scott know, about an hour and a half to 2 hours after their shop closed. He responded in less than 5 minutes and had me send some pictures.
