Very poor communication within the company and to their customers. A Nemow rep came to my house, I work out of town so not an easy task to get off work. Bid was not clear, it stated "bring current insulation in attic up to R50". I notice afterward the garage space they skipped. T heir scheduler wanted to argue and debate whether they finished the job. Buyer be ware they aren't the lowest bid .....their bids are vague , everyone insulates garages now days but to R19, not R50. Now they want to charge an extra $500 to finish th... read more
I just had my attic brought up to R50, they arrived at 7am today as promised. I talked to the installer, he was very knowledgeable about his trade and I felt very comfortable that he knew his job very well. We purchased our house a few months back and had planned bringing our R value up to help our energy bills. After they were done he asked me to take a look to make sure I was happy with his work, I was very happy with the job and can’t wait to see if it helps lower our utility bills. We used Nemow for insulation in our new house build. To say that they were the best company we used would be an understatement. If you haven't done any business in the construction trades lately, let me just tell you that you can not trust anyone; except Nemow. They do business the way business used to be done. They answered every phone call (very rare to be able to get through to anyone), they kept a timely schedule (and worked diligently to get back on track when the schedule was thrown off by rain), they finished the job ... read more
We contacted these folks to get an estimate to add insulation to our attic. It was just days before christmas. We left a message. They never called back. We chalked it up to the holidays & contacted them again in January. This time they answered the phone and made an appt for Trey to come give us an estimate. which he did mid-January. We were told they would shoot us an email estimate the next day. It is mid-Feb and we still haven't heard from them. Went with another company.
