Dr. Treviño is exceptionally professional and also very personal when it comes to caring for my daughter. She truly listens, shows compassion, and makes us feel comfortable at every visit. Honestly, she’s the best doctor I’ve ever had. I previously went to another facility, Growing Together, and I did not feel the same level of care or connection with the doctor there. Dr. Treviño has been a wonderful difference for my family, and I’m so grateful for her
Never received back my license and insurance card after my first visit with my newborn (only place i used it since he was born), every time I called to see if they had it (maybe 3-4 times, i could never get ahold of the front desk as they use a call center), when i finally asked the front desk at his one month checkup they did not have it. Most recently I was running late to my newborns 2 month check up since he was having a last minute feed that lasted a while and I was going to be 15 minutes late.
