All aspects were wonderful
Everyone I came into contact with, was OUTSTANDING, understanding and competent.
Everything from my first phone call with the directions through my appt with Dr. Katherine Parikh went very well. Dr. Parikh was very thorough with explaining my surgery and what all she was going to do. The entire staff was very professional and informative of everything and made me feel like I was their only patient.
The office was very clean, all staff members were very friendly and kind. Overall this was a great experience. The parking was terrible; we had to drive around 4 times before finding an empty space. Also, our wait once we got to the check in desk (10min early) was long our appt was at 10:30 they didn’t call us back until 11:00 and we didn’t see the provider until about 11:45. None of this would prevent me from coming back it’s all expected. Thank you all for what you do.
