My son had tubes put in yesterday. Fantastic doctors and nurses. HOWEVER, today he might be having some post-op side effects and I can’t get anyone on the phone. No one will answer. Tried calling for over an hour. Finally had to call another random ENT to find out if my son is okay. Ridiculous.
