Ayer llevé mi carro a lavar, bastante bien, pero me mancharon el asiento de mi carro con la grasa del líquido que usan para limpiar dentro de los autos. Poco profesionalismo. Además el joven que está dentro del car wash no tiene paciencia para tratar los clientes.

I have been a customer here for a long time, when the original owner sold it, the service became extremely horrible. Now that there is a new owner, things are going back to a higher standard. They still offer a full service interior/exterior wash as well as offer an exterior wash and you can vacuum/clean the interior yourself with free vacuums and tools. The new owner is extremely motivated to get things back to the way the original owner had it in terms of quality of service, speed, and professionalism
TAY AWAY!!!.... THEY DESTROYED MY CARS INTERIOR!!! I took my car to the OCEANS/NEPTUNES CAR WASH for the first time today and bought the most expensive detailing package they offered. An hour later I pick up my car and immediately notice that they scrubbed a huge area of black paint of the steering wheel controls! We used to go to this car wash quite often, the service was awesome with their full service wash. Ever since the new management took over the service is horrible and the employees are very rude. The way they have everything set up makes you sit and wait for so long you have to wait in line to go through the wash then come back around and wait in line again for the vacuum. Never again!!! Do not go to this car wash!
