At the beginning the service was fine. But the person was supposed to come back to try a new machine to give shine, however, we called nemo and they cancelled several times, never called back, never came, and never completed the service, So, my marble is clean but very opaque. Do not recommend this service. It is three months that this is going on. I will call someone else. we paid him to do the entire work, but did not finish.

Terrible service. Do not recommend this company. We bought a home and not familiar with the new area. They were hired to clean kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and also to clean carpets and some upholstered furniture. We were not there when the work was done. The carpets still had some stains that the owner claimed would come out when the carpet dried(??)...Later that week my husband tried Folex (a friend recommended) on the rug and it got the stains out! We don't live in the area, but we needed to get a house ready for my father-in-law, who is recovering from a hospitalization. Laura and her team worked with us over the phone to arrange a move-in cleaning. Very reliable and friendly, and they did a very thorough job. Definitely recommend!

These guys did a great job with our carpets and tile cleaning. Easy to work with and flexible.
