Kirby came to my house the day after Christmas (2017). I had an HVAC guy who came on Christmas Day to replace a bad switch. We had woken up on Christmas with the furnace fan working, but no heat. The Breakers for the furnace were melting. Kirby came and replaced ALL the bad breaker switches and the the panel board. Since the, my heat has been set at 67 and my house is warm.
