Spent a whole month doing research, learning about the service that I was provided , water pump and timing chain replacement. I'll admit I did feel like I was swindled hustled. After speaking with our car care plan rep . but I stand corrected. Great friendly and professional service from start to finish. Scott was able to get Jeff to start diagnosing the issue with our car. While Jeff worked Scott kept us updated throughout the morning on the progress. They got us back on the road after lunch. We were very satisfied with the service provided. Scott and Jeff were great. If we weren’t five hours away Neimnich Automotive would have all of our business.
