I had an excellent experience working with Key Account Manager Bryan. I reached out with several pre-compliance EMC testing questions and was impressed by his in-depth knowledge and responsiveness. Bryan not only addressed all of my concerns but also provided exceptional support throughout the process. His communication and follow-up were outstanding. We’re currently reviewing everything internally, and I fully intend to work with Bryan again once we’re ready to move forward.

Incredibly rude front desk personnel to its potential customers, and offered no help to move forward. Wanted to do EMC testing here but will be bringing my business elsewhere.
