I had an excellent experience working with Key Account Manager Bryan. I reached out with several pre-compliance EMC testing questions and was impressed by his in-depth knowledge and responsiveness. Bryan not only addressed all of my concerns but also provided exceptional support throughout the process. His communication and follow-up were outstanding. We’re currently reviewing everything internally, and I fully intend to work with Bryan again once we’re ready to move forward.
I am working on a start up project and recently had the chance to speak with Bryan in regard to the steps for being compliant with standards. It's so nice to have somebody with high energy, who’s attentive and eager to find me the answers I was seeking! Highly recommend!
