I had Robert Masters as my Public defender while fighting a level 1 attempted murder, 2x battery with deadly weapon, and criminal recklessness. This is the best law firm around. Jim Masters is a pitbull. He is a no-nonsense man and will put you in your spot if he feels you're out of line. Just remember attorneys can't always call you back immediately because you're not their only client. Usually when an attorney gets rude with you on the phone it's because he recognizes your bull crap. These guys don't mess around it's not their first rodeo.
