I have been a member of Nemeses Strength & Conditioning for about 3 years now. Love the variety of classes, knowledgeable and encouraging coaches. The new gym is well set up and very welcoming. My daughter loves the kids class on a Thursday afternoon.

Nemisis has everything you need, it’s a family friendly environment, has kids gym, multiple class times to suit all, each class has different types of workouts/exercise to target everything, there’s great coaches, great people whom encourage each other, the environment is amazing, a place where you can feel comfortable from day one. It’s honestly such a welcoming environment and caters for all fitness levels whether you’re a beginner or a pro you’ll fit in.

I’ve been a member of Nemesis since they first opened, and I am really enjoying the new gym premises and the variety of classes that have rolled out since the move. The space is well set up, the equipment is excellent, and there’s a great mix of classes to suit different fitness levels and goals. Nemesis Strength & Conditioning now has a terrific renovated gym space in their new premises, where they offer well planned class programming and helpful coaching that is adaptable to all skill & fitness levels. All this, along with a member base that is friendly and encouraging of each other provides an excellent training environment thot all members and gym goers can both enjoy their workout and thrive in.

I have been with Nemesis for years now. This gym and the crew I workout with are like another family. I have gained so much strength mentally and physically and always feel supported, especially on struggle days! The coaches are observant and always encouraging. Thanks gym family for always believing in me and encouraging me to challenge myself.
