I’ve experienced Nemesis Sports Academy to be a family friendly, motivating fitness program for people of all ages and abilities. Coach Richard and all the trainers involved have great energy, challenging routines and just enough encouragement without being too rigid. This makes it a great place to participate in the group classes or just do your own routine with plenty of space and equipment to blaze the path to your fitness goals.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience at NSA. I was new to CrossFit after being at a Bootcamp for a number of years. Richard and the rest of the coaches were great and offered me different options and instructions on how to do the movements correct. The members are so encouraging and everyone is so positive.
