Recently, I brought my son's Ram in for service. After finally finding the issue, we received excellent results. While it was a lengthy repair, the Service Department (essentially Annemarie)went out of their way to accommodate us. Rather it be many text messages or calls, we were constantly kept appraised of the situation and progress. Thank you Annemarie and the Service Department for making this experience a positive one.
After looking for a new Ram for several weeks and visiting several dealerships in the process, we met Pete at Nemer. I've had many interactions with sales people over the last several weeks but out of all my interactions Pete Difiore met our needs better than any other. I bought a 2020 grand Cherokee from here they showed me the car fax i was told that it only had one minor accident they were going to give me a copy of the car fax I got the copy 4 days later the car had been rolled and had 32k in damages I went back and they claimed they didn’t know about it the accident was put on the car fax in 2022 they told me the only was I would get out of it was to go through them so I bought a 2025 grand Cherokee and I’m dyslexic and didn’t understand the contract nemer paid off the old car and it c... read more

Just wanted to give a shout out to nemer ram!!! They went above and beyond working with me.. All the way from the top Mr. Nemer .. to Charles and Steve and Joe was the salesman.. they made the process super easy.. and no heckling … they got me a great price and sure awesome ram 2500. The truck was literally delivered that night.. and I knew that was the one I wanted didn’t even make it to the computer system.
