My son took his car here for a repair and was given a completely inflated quote for work (some of which was needed and some was not). After deciding that we wanted to take the car elsewhere (for half the cost), we were told that we would be responsible for the cost of the part ($2,600) which our rep Frank claimed had already shipped as well as a restocking fee and estimate fee. An all around great team! Joe my sales person was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and not overly pushy as many auto dealers can be. He helped navigate getting commercial insurance which others wise would have been a headache!
The folks at Nemer CJDR Queensbury were absolutely AMAZING... Worked with my man and I to get us into our dream Jeep.. especially Mike Hermance for traveling out of his way to get the co-signer papers done.. We have already recommended them to our good friend.. he'll definitely be around when his schedule allows.
