A huge shout out to the crew for handling a messy tile removal at my place after the old ones started sliding off and hitting the driveway. Being a woman who doesn't know much about roofing usually means getting hit with crazy high quotes from people who think they can pull a fast one. Adam was totally different and gave me a fair breakdown of the materials without any of that condescending attitude I got from other places. do not have time to chase down contractors for updates so the communication from Nema was exactly what I needed. Mike texted me when he was on his way and provided a digital invoice as soon as the job was wrapped up. They showed up at 7 AM sharp and had the old materials hauled away before I even got home from the office. The site was totally clean and I did not find a single stray nail in my driveway which is usually my biggest pet peeve.

To be honest I usually expect the worst when hiring for home repairs because I have been burned by lazy crews before. However the team at Nema Roofing Repair changed my mind pretty quickly. Mike was very straightforward about what needed to be done immediately and what could wait another year or two. There was no high pressure hovering or weird hidden fees when the bill came. It is refreshing to find a company that just does the job they promised for the price they quoted without any drama.
