I’ve been with NEM for as long as I’ve been in Charlotte. The owner and I have formed a really comfortable familiarity with one another and it makes my experience getting waxed 10x better. She’s knowledgeable of her craft and if something isn’t working for my skin she’s always willing to make changes or provide suggestions. I will never go to another waxxer so long as NEM is open.
I have been seeing Nicole now for 3 years until I moved back home, but STILL travel the hour to come to her! I love how consistent she is, and knowledgeable. Her passion speaks through her work!! She is theeeee BEST!!!
Nicole is DA GOAT! Ya hear me! I’ve been going to get waxed by her for years now. It’s always a pleasure. She quick, detailed, efficient and makes you so comfortable. I just be on the table yapping away to her lol. She’s VERY PUNCTUAL we love that lol. She’s knowledgeable about her craft. She simply THE BEST honestly.

Nicole is the freaking BEST!! Professional, courteous, intelligent and makes you feel comfortable while providing exceptional service. I’ve been a client for close to a decade, I’ve never been to any other esthetician…. No need to. When you’re completely satisfied you don’t need a back up. My whole family goes to NEM for her self care services. I’d recommend you book Nicole, your body will thank you!
