NEM did a very good providing DJ, photo booth, videography, and photography. However, the package which we paid a very lot of money for included photo albums to be provided by to use by NEM. It's a year and half later and we have never received these albums despite contacting them via e-mail and phone. They even finally responded and had me select photos for the albums and STILL...NOTHING. This is unacceptable!

I think they did a beautiful job on the event itself. But if you order a video don’t count on it to be delivered . Even though you pay 600 for it. It is ridiculous how the waiting time for the video was 6 weeks yet it has been a year since my event and I still do not have my video of a very memorable event that I would not want to lose fotrage of.
