Indifferent, rude, and under qualified.
I would not be here today if not for Dr Melnitchouk! Appointments are easy to schedule and I never leave with unanswered questions. Fast communication! I recommend her to everyone who needs her expertise!
After waiting to see her appointment seemed very rushed. Was more or less told what we would do instead of going over options. Too busy dealing with the med students then doing anything herself. Absolutely no bed side manner. And the day of the procedure nothing was explained or talked through. Had an adverse reaction and had her paged off hours. My 70 year old mother waited in agony for months to see this doctor. She was dismissive, apathetic and completely unhelpful. Seek care elsewhere if possible.
Excellent surgeon and excellent person: I felt safe, in very good hands, and surrounded by caring people.
