Poor follow-up, missed red flag symptoms
At the beginning I would have given five stars but I was abused unmercifully by two surgeons (two occasions). Neither of them knew me. Yes I know their names and exactly what was said. There was a witness at the time and as I was exiting bumped into a staff member in tears. Told her what happened and in fact put it in writing to same staff member (no response). I have gone through a horror operation but survived with my head held high until I was treated in this manner. The lesson is never speak against one of theirs because... read more
Amazing facility providing a calm environment for patients undergoing diagnosis or treatment, Huge thank-you to Joe and his team from the Coogee treatment room for their professionalism and care over the past few weeks whilst I’ve undergone radio-therapy. The whole process has been seamless and the team are always smiling and caring. Keep doing the wonderful work you do!
