Great company. We got lied to and cheated by Camping World in Boise. Thus we didn't want to get the 7 year extended warranty on our $99,000 unit at their Good Sam. Just wish we would have honest sales that Nelson's is known for. We wrote and called Camping World corporate and they sent us a $10 coupon to cover the $2,500 we lost (they lied and said they'd meet or beat any other deal) and the $2,000 deposit they said was refundable, but the next day it was not... only refundable if we bought their unit.
