I had a very bad experience with this mechanic. I called him to repair the transmission air tank valve because my truck had no air in the tank and wouldn’t shift out of gear. He replaced only one part and took his charges, but he didn’t even have a compressor to fill the air tank after the repair. The truck still wouldn’t start, and he left without properly fixing the issue. We were stuck from 1 AM until morning on the road. If I can give zero stars, I would. I don’t usually write reviews, This is the first one I’ve ever done in my life. But I don’t want a stuck trucker or family needing help and find this guy. I called around the local Hillsboro area looking for a truck and trailer repair. I was willing to buy all the parts and I just need somebody who knows what he was doing to handle the labor. We were stranded at the Buckys in Hillsboro calling around no one would help. Finally got a hold of Nelson’s Roadside. Charles came right out jumped the truck and quickly got us on our way! Very nice man and knew exactly the issue.
