Great service and very friendly staff.
You pull into Nelson’s Imports, their building proudly claiming “Specializes in Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche.” At first, the staff seems genuine and friendly — until you raise a valid question or concern. Then you’re met with hung-up phone calls, outrage, name-calling, and even a slammed door. In January 2024, they installed an Interstate battery for me. By May, it had already gone bad. I have brought a could vehicle there and they are honest and reliable. Pricing is responsible and they are dedicated to Great service.
I’d highly recommend having your car checked out here if you have any issues. Me and my friends were on a road trip, and my brakes started going bad, but these guys fixed the issue quickly and ensured the rest of our trip was safe!
