I have been very pleased with Nelson's since I acquired a hot tub last month. First I bought a cover for it which fit perfectly and works great. The staff, in particular Nancy, was very knowledgeable and made for a great buying experience. I visited the store again for a valve that broke and Nancy was right on with the fix. 30 minutes later and my hot tub was up and running with the right part.
