My dad and I have been going here for a number of years. Always great service and plenty of information regarding what was done and the exact outcome of the service. Today I had an alignment done on my BMW e46 m3 for $70 when BMW wanted $200 for the same service. My family has been going to Nelson's Brake's & Alignment for the past twenty years and you will not find a more honest man to work with. He offers all of the options and then gives his honest opinion when you ask for it. Our front brakes were metal to metal and instead of saying the rotor's needed to be replaced he was honest and said that they were fine since we stopped driving the car when we needed to and that just the brake pads needed to be replaced. 2 sides to every story. albins vehicle had a noise issue as well as a vibration issue. I machined the front rotors to eliminate the vibration issue and inspected the brakes which all were in good condition. I told him that a majority of times the rotor warpage can cause other issues such as brake pad movement which could cause a clicking noise. Horrible experience, my car was making a noise every time when I start braking and I explain this problem to Nelsons shop, so I drop off my car then a few hours later he calls me that my car was ready, I came to find my car still making the same noise and ask hem about it and he said that, that noise was not brake related... so he fix and charge me for something that he fix that was not the problem I came in for... I took my Nissan in today, brakes were pretty much gone. Rick replaced them and I was so relieved with the charges. I expected much more than he charged me. Excellent place to get your brakes and alignment. I was out of there in 1 hour. Thanks Rick.
