Nelson’s Tow truck driver with SUV in tow on 395 southbound 1/13 near hatch wandermere driving well beyond the speed limit and being so close to me I couldn’t even see his lights in my mirrors. Totally dangerous and reckless behavior of any driver , let alone one working for a tow company. This driver drove all the way from the accident at Denison to Francis exit at well beyond a safe speed for the majority of the drive. The tow truck driver dumped the gas tank that was removed from the vehicle all over my dads interior of his Tahoe and the company will not take responsibility or offer any help for there driver being clumsy and ruining the interior of a vehicle

This is the second time in a year that I’ve used their services and they’re always super friendly, compassionate, and quick with their service. Those complaining about delay need to understand that being in a larger city means they are frequently busy. But I’ve lived in small towns where it’s taken three hours for Roadside Assistance.
