First to the negative reviews about how you got towed from a place where you weren't supposed to be parked in the first place - thanks for the good humor. Nelson’s is a professional, dependable local business, and I have had a very positive experience with their team. They communicate well, and treat people respectfully. I've used them for a tow I needed out of a sticky situation and for repair. I appreciate their professionalism and would gladly recommend them.
If these guys don’t treat you right, do not leave a bad google review. They will retaliate by banning you from attending their “public” auctions. True story. Do it at your own risk. Or stay away if you can.
Got a tow this morning taking my truck from my house to a repair shop. Driver was awesome! He showed up early and knew what he was doing. Would use again and recommend to others.
This company was hired to tow my $85k truck to their lot. Upon me arriving to pay $1k for a week storage fee. I had them tow the vehicle to my repair shop. Once there they made up a lie about my vehicle being suspicious to the repair shop. In short they made the repair shop extremely Leary about making the necessary repairs.
