I was ready to leave back to Texas the next day and my temperature gauge started getting hot. Called a few places and Nelsons auto repair understood my circumstances and got me in the next morning. Under a $200 repair and they made it happen. Drove back the 1400 miles with no issue.
Great service at this shop. Locally owned and operated excellent repair and above and beyond service. Matt scheduled my appointment and Logan and Matt fixed my rear brake lines same day. Thanks again!

Nelsons has been a great place for me. Each time I've been there the work has been quick and professional and they have been very friendly, once even took me down the street so I could get a burger to eat while I waited for my car. They have always explained everything and even told me when something didn't need to be replaced.
The driver's side window in my Ford Escape got stuck open, and Logan was able to get the part and get my car fixed right away. He was kind enough to go in on the weekend to do so, since I am only in the area on weekends. He also was able to check and see why my AC/heat was making scary noises and fixed that as well. This was my second time getting my vehicle repaired at Nelson's, and he did a great, quick job both times!
