Save your money... don't call this company. They started working on our ice-maker November 2019. By January 2020, they'd made 3/4 trips replacing parts at our expense. By the time they finished guessing and replacing unnecessary parts, they'd practically rebuilt the frig. Neither tech knew what the problem was and guessed wrong. Finally, they replaced the entire ice-maker and told us to wait 24 hours before it would produce ice. Three days later, we still had no ice. Excellent company to do business with!! Very honest and well priced. I would recommend this company to anyone!!
I went to the store to get a replacement part for my oven and was told the part they gave me looked different but it would work. When I got home and installed the part and plugged my oven back in there was a loud popping sound. When I called the store to let them know they told me they gave me the wrong part and would special order mine. When the new part came in the oven still did not work (I assumed something else was broken) I don't use my oven except on rare occasions so I was not in any rush to spend money for a technic... read more
Nelson's Appliance Service: you will not find a better company in Horry county. On time, right to work to to solve your problem, very reasonable fees. Super nice and knowledgeable technicians. Do not call anyone else. Doesn't get better than Nelson's.
