We had a very long wait, not to be seated but for the server took forever and I got the impression that he was a new hire. He was extremely nice though so it was totally ok. We will definitely go back next time we visit Terranea
I ordered food online at 5:26 pm for a scheduled 6:30 pick up. The food was not ready until 7:45PM!! It was one excuse after another. They would not even acknowledge my husband while he waited to pick up the food. Instead, I had to call to get someone's attention. When I finally spoke to someone TWO HOURS after I first placed the order, the woman who answered admitted they HAD NOT EVEN MADE IT.
