Took them 4 weeks to get get the job done. Said they would do one thing then when they finally came to finish the job we were gone. They cobbled it up so bad we had to pay some one else to do the job right. Never sent a bill just showed up one day to collect. Would not recommend them for any job.
We had air in our lines...Nelson's came out on a Saturday and checked things out, they said they would have to check the pump to the well, and could get to it Monday, they checked a few more things and said that our pump was running constantly, so they would be out Sunday. They arrived and got the problem with the pump taken care of quickly. We are disabled, and have limited funds, they were very reasonable with their costs, very efficient, and very polite. Our pump up and quit working. We are not what you would call rich so we had to do it ourselves. I called these guys and they helped us out so much. If it was not for this company we would still not have water and would be stuck saving up money till christmas. Thank you so much you have been a life saver. It may not have gotten you any money this time. But it will get you some good word of mouth.
these guys are the laziest plumbers ive ever seen absolutely refuse to hand dig anything i will never recomend or use this outfit again just worthless and your better off doing it yourself
This was the first time I used this business. They were prompt, efficient and reasonable. What more could you want?
