Absolute joke of an office. My husband had an appointment for my son. They called an HOUR before to tell him insurance wasn’t right, when in FACT IT WAS. They had my husband bring him in for his fillings just to take him back and do 1/4 of his fillings because of insurance issues. Which there wasn’t an insurance issue. They were too lazy and incompetent to fill out the correct paper work. Stay away from them. ESPECIALLY FOR KIDS. The staff is nice until you start to ask questions, then they become defensive and hostile. The whole business model seems to be based on providing services that you don't need just so they can bill your insurance company. I needed some extensive work done which they padded up the estimate until it reached $17K out of pocket. I thought that price was very high so when I asked them to send records to my insurance company to review they agreed to do so, but never followed through. Broke my tooth twice and sold me a toothbrush that kept breaking it, the manager said she would call me a month ago, I did not receive a call, very unprofessional manager.
All of the staff is very kind and the dentist made me feel very comfortable for a tooth distraction
It is sad to say that it took me this long to write this review. I have been going since I got my kids braces. Do not get yourself in my same predicament. I regret since the office staff has been nothing short of rude and unprofessional. I also regret not reading more on reviews and got swept up in the initial greeting. They were very helpful until they got my full payment. It soon changed to very dismissive staff. There is nothing nice I can say about this place. Do Not come here and save the heart ache.

Go to YELP read my full review - it is to long to do again - but PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE - HORRIBLE IS THE ONLY WORD I CAN DESCRIBE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL- PLEASE PLEASE GO TO YELP AND READ MY FULL REVIEW AND ALL THE OTHERS THAT STATE THE SAME THING I SAID!!!
